How much time should I book to play a round?

We recommend allowing for and booking 1 hour per person to play a round. This is a general timeframe only and extra free time will not be provided for players to complete holes/rounds.  Players who finish earlier may use their remaining time to play additional holes or practice on the driving range.

How many people can play?

Our rooms have seating for up to 6 guests per room.

Do i bring my own clubs?

Yes.  We cannot guarantee the clubs you need will be available unless you have reserved them prior to your arrival.

Do You serve food & Beverage?

We do not serve food & beverage but currently allow guests to bring outside food and beverage.  Complimentary coffee and a water bottle refill station is available in the hotel lobby and fitness center.  A snack and drink machine is also available in the hotel lobby.  All food & beverages must be kept off the hitting platform.  Please be respectful of the space and keep things clean.

DO I NEED GOLF SHOES?

No but please bring a clean pair of indoor shoes to play in.  We do not want mud, snow or wet shoes in our carpeted simulator rooms.  If you choose to wear golf shoes please only wear spike less or soft spike golf shoes.  Please leave wet footwear on the racks outside the rooms.

 

When and how do I pay?

Payment is made at the time of your booking whether online or in person. Online bookings major credit cards only.  Cash or debit in person only.

When can I book?

Our facility is open 5am-Midnight. You can book your tee times up to 30 days in advance. Last minute bookings can also be made. However, we always recommend booking 30 minutes in advance in order to give sufficient time for you to receive your confirmation email.​

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation of your booking. Please double check your junk/spam folder as sometimes it may get filtered into there. If you do not receive an email within 10 minutes, contact tsindoorgolf@gmail.com for assistance.

How do I cancel/change my booking?

Please call us at 403 329 4219 for any cancellation/change requests that are within the cancellation period.  Our cancellation period is 24 hours prior to the start of your booking, at which point all bookings are final and no refunds will be permitted. No-shows will not be refunded.  If there are any rate differences from the changes, these will be refunded or charged accordingly.

Will others see my booking details?

No, any personal details that have been entered in your booking will remain hidden to the public.

 

How do I get in?

Please use the hotel lobby entrance.​

Is there parking?

Yes, there is free parking.

​

Can I rent clubs?

Yes, club rentals are $10 per set +GST for each booking.  Feel free to share one set of clubs if you can!  We have all ages/handed clubs but please call for availability.  Club rentals must be reserved prior to arrival.  We cannot guarantee availability of club rentals without reservation!

Can I use my own balls?

We provide balls at each of our room for everyone to use but you are welcome to use your own balls as long as they are clean and undamaged.  Please do not take our balls home.

DO you offer gift cards/certificates?

Yes we do!  E-gift cards are available exclusively online and may be purchased using the link from our main page.  E-gift cards must be redeemed in person or by offline booking only.  Available tee times may be seen online.  Gift cards will be processed at time of booking and are subject to all regular cancellation polices.  Gift cards balances are not redeemable for cash.  No processing fees, no expiry dates, delivered by email.
