All bookings must be a minimum of 1 hour and can be booked in additional 15 minutes increments thereafter.  To increase your time, click and expand your booking time with the downward pointing arrow on your booking window.

Please review your booking details before and after booking. You will not receive a confirmation if your email address is incorrect.  The cancellation period is up to 24 hours before your start time.  We are unable to provide refunds for incorrect guest booking, cancellation within 24 hours of start time, or no-shows.

We ask that all guests take careful practice swings with their clubs beforehand to make sure that your swing path does not strike any fixtures or equipment to avoid damages.

We kindly ask that all guests wear clean, preferably indoor shoes, when visiting our facility and that wet, snowy, or muddy shoes be left on the racks outside the carpeted simulator rooms.

 

We also helpfully advise that our facility, being BYO F&B, does not have a dedicated serving or bussing staff member.  Please remove all used/unused F&B and personal items from the room before you leave so our staff member can sanitize the tables for the next guests who may be arriving right after you!  We politely ask that larger amounts of waste or any containers that may bother the next guests be properly disposed of on or in the large bins outside the simulator rooms.  Thank you for your consideration.
